Bigg Boss 18 Winner Karan Veer Mehra remembered Sushant Singh Rajput and shared how he played an important role in his life, a career in an interview with Ethics. Karan Veer recalled that Sushant was a “turning point” in his life and helped him fight alcoholism.
Karan Veer and Sushant worked in the popular television series Pavitra Rishta and developed a strong friendship. Remembering how Sushant helped him out of alcoholism, the actor said: “There was a time after Pavitra Rishta when I found an accident and fell into alcoholism. It was then that Sushant entered my life and helped me find the exit. He raised the exit.
Sushant always encouraged Karan See to work well. He even congratulated him by saying that he is better than him as an actor. “Sushant used to praise me genuinely and believe in me more.Ye Kaise Keh Sakta Hai Ke Main It is better Hoon. It is one of the country’s main stars and is saying that I am better than him. He would say, “Mujhe Bus Opportunity Mil Gaya Tu Hota Toh Tu Bahot Sahi Karta”
“It is very big to say that the main Nahi Bol Paaunga Shayad. When your family members do that like your mother, they do it for love. But when I used to tell me all those things” Ek alag trust that I mere walk. “I used to feel that if I said, then I should do something for him,” Karan Veer said to the publication.
Karan also revealed that he met the director of casting Mikesh Chhabra through Sushant: “I met Mikesh Chhabra through him. He would go to the party somewhere and suddenly called me Bhai Aaja. I would organize things for me.”
Karan Veer has a deep regret because he couldn’t be there when Sushant probably needed it anymore. The actor said: “I don’t know how, when and I am so guilty that I wasn’t there for him when he needed me.” Karan Veer was not in contact with Sushant before his premature death in 2020.
Karan Veer Mehra lifted the Bigg Boss 18 Trophy beat Vivian Dsena last month.
