The permanent mission of India in New York announced on Tuesday that India has been included once again in the ‘Honor List’ of the United Nations (UN) by paying its regular budgetary evaluations in its entirety within the period of 30 days specified In UN financial regulations.

The UN General Assembly approves the UN regular budget in December of each year. Then, each Member State is evaluated based on the evaluation scale approved by the General Assembly, and the corresponding payment notes are issued by the UN at the beginning of January.
