New Delhi:

On Wednesday morning, when the vote for the elections of the Assembly of Delhi was held, a furious AAM AADMI party said that promotional material had been found for the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party in some voting cabins in the national capital, in violation of the code model of conduct that is in force.

The AAP, which has had several Tiffs with the Electoral Commission in this election, including the head of the party, Arvind Kejriwal, and Prime Minister Atishi accused him of bias, a firmly refuted position last night, he also claimed the Delhi police, which He informs the Ministry of Interior of the Union, were “mute spectators.”

In a publication about X, the AAP said: “What is happening? There is electoral material that is openly shown in the BJP stand … and the police are not doing anything. And the electoral officers are just looking at.”

When issuing a clarification, the police confirmed that a promotional material had been seized, but that it had been taken from the cabins established by independent candidates and not those nominated by the BJP.

The AAP also published a tweet that mocked the BJP workers that came out of a cabin; “Run BJP, run. When nobody arrived at the cabin, BJP followers took their chairs and ran … neighborhood is happening throughout Delhi.”

The AAP has raised multiple accusations of the AAP electoral improperity against today’s police.

The great Kailash MLA of the party, Saurabh Bhardwaj, claimed that the police tried to prevent people from voting in Booths in Chiag Delhi. In statements to the media, Mr. Bharadwaj said the police were placing barricades and trying to influence voters in the 18 voting positions there

“You (the police) have been standing here from the morning to influence the vote. Why are barricades being placed? What top officer of the Delhi Police has instructed this? This is being done to disturb the poor voters .

The southern DCP of Delhi, Ankit Chauhan, said the statements would be investigated. “There is an exception for the elderly and those who cannot walk. For them, bring their car inside is allowed. This rule is being implemented everywhere. We will investigate these concerns,” Chauhan told the Ani news agency.

Voting for the 70 seats of the Delhi Assembly began this morning.

The results will be declared on February 8.

The 2015 and 2020 survey was dominated by the AAP, which won 67 and 62 seats, respectively. The BJP and the Congress ended a second and third distant. But this time, the BJP has the hope of a great show to alter Kejriwal’s possibilities of a third successive term in the national capital.
