Making Lays Pav at home is quite simple. The recipe was shared by chef Mahima Dhoot in his official Instagram mango. These are the steps you must follow:
- Start by adding cabbage in slices, onions and carrot to a large bowl.
- Add mayonnaise along with Schezwan Salsa and Chaat Masala. Mix well.
- Heat a Tawa, extend a little butter and toast the pales on both sides.
- Once this is done, cut the Pav in half and place the mixture of cabbage prepared on it.
- Cover with chips and grated cheese.
- Close the Pav and sprinkle a little more cheese if you wish.
- Your Lays Pav is now ready to be savored!
