How to do Nepali -style at home | Nepali -style raita recipe

  • To start, add the curd and a little water to a bowl. Mix well.
  • Add finely chopped cucumber, onion, tomato, green chiles, salt, roasted cumin and fresh coriander. Give it a good mixture.
  • For the tadka, hot mustard oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds, meti dana, cumin seeds, black pepper grains and Haldi.
  • Once the seeds begin to creak, turn off the flame.
  • Pour the tadka on the curd mixture and mix well.
  • Your Nepalese style raita is now ready to be savored!
