Two girls and two women from Belagavi were injured in the stampede at Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj on January 29.

Sarojini Dharihalli and Kanchan Koparde, Wadagoon BJP workers, and their family Megha and Jyoti were injured. They went to a doctor and received treatment, family sources said. His relatives have received information that they are safe.

It is estimated that at least 500 people from Belagavi have gone to Maha Kumbh.
