The food and edible delivery platform of India, Zomato, said Thursday that it will change the name of the company to “eternal” and released a new logo, a movement that occurs more than two years after it began to Use the new name internally.
Eternal would include its four main businesses: delivery of vertical food zomato, fast trade unit flash, live business district and Hyperpure kitchen supplies, said the company.
“We thought about changing the company’s publicly name when something beyond Zomato became a significant promoter of our future,” said Deepinder Goyal founder in a letter to shareholders.
“Today, with Blinkit, I feel we are here,” Goyal said.
The measure marks a change for the company, since investors were skeptical about the acquisition of Blinkit by Zomato in mid -2022, to a rapid growth of growth led by trade that increased the interest of investors.
