The 72nd Miss World Beauty Pageant would be held at various places in Hyderabad. The contestants would visit prominent spiritual and other places in the State.

The opening ceremony of the 72nd edition of Miss World beauty pageant would be organised at Gachibowli stadium in Hyderabad on May 10. The finale is scheduled to be held on May 31 at Hitex.

The 25-day long event would be organised at 12 locations in the city and some more in Warangal, Nalgonda, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri. It includes their visits to prominent spiritual and other places in the State. The State Tourism department intends to showcase the State’s rich culture, tradition and promote tourism through the international event.
Contestants from over 140 countries would be participating in the pageant. Several hundreds of guests from various States and countries are expected to be in the city to be part of the content.
Buddhavanam
The Group 4 (Asia and Oceania) Miss World contestants would be taken on a tour of Nagarjuna Sagar to explore Buddhavanam on May 12
Charminar and Laadbazaar:
The Miss World contestants would take a heritage walk at Charminar and Laadbazar on May 13, followed by dinner at Chowmahalla palace.
Ramappa temple and Kaloji Kala Kshetram:
The Group 1 (America and Caribbean) Miss World contestants would meet students and communities at the Kaloji Kala Kshetram in Warangal on May 14. It was inaugurated in November, 2024. This will be followed by a tour of Ramappa temple – a UNESCO World heritage site
Yadagirigutta and Pochampally:
The Group 2 (Europe) contestants would go on a tour to Yadagirigutta temple on May 15. They would also experience the handloom industry in Pochampally village. The winner of Miss World 2024, Krystyna Pyszková, visited the temple on March 18, 2025.
Medical tourism promotion
The Group 3 (Africa and Middle East) Miss World contestants would be taken on a medical tour of AIG, Yashoda and Apollo hospitals in Hyderabad on May 16. Medical tourism is one among the various aspects that the State government intends to promote to boost tourism in the State.
Telangana cuisine food festival:
The sports finals at Gachibowli Indoor Stadium on May 17 would be followed by a visit to Experium eco tourism park with Telangana cuisine food festival
Safe tourism promotion
To promote safe tourism initiatives, the Miss World contestants would be taken to Telangana Police Integrated Command and Control Centre (TGPICCC) on May 18. This will be followed by a visit to Tank Bund, Ambedkar Statue and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat premises.
T-Hub
Region specific fast-track selections to streamline contestants based on continental clusters on May 20 and 21. Miss world Caribbean, Africa, Asia and Europe events at T-Hub, Hyderabad
Arts and crafts workshop
The contestants would participate in arts and crafts workshop at Shilparamam in Hyderabad on Mya 21
Talent final
The Miss World talent final would be held at Shilpakala Vedika on May 22
ISB
The Head-to-Head challenge final would be held at Indian School of Business, Hyderabad on May 23
May 24 – Miss World top model and fashion final at Hitex
May 25 – Jewellery and pearl fashion show at Hitex
May 26 – Gala dinner at British Residency and Taj Falaknuma featuring cultural performances
Finale
May 31 – Miss World live finale at Hitex
Telangana State formation day
The Miss World winners would meet Telangana Chief Minister and Governor at Raj Bhavan on the occasion of Telangana Formation Day on June 2
