In a rare development, the batter of India, Virat Kohli, the first hate against England was lost on Thursday due to a knee injury. Kohli was seen training with a knee tied before the start of the game. Kohli then decided to inform the team’s management that he did not feel 100% ready. Therefore, Shreyas Iyer was approved instead. Later during the day, Kohli was seen participating in an animated conversation with former England batter Kevin Pietersen, who works in the series as a commentator. The video gave fans a reason to laugh.

The video caused fans to wonder what the two were talking about, in addition to the knee problem.
The Vicecapitan of India, Shubman Gill, was also asked about Kohli’s injury at the press conference after the party. He said Kohli will definitely be fit for the second game.
“When he woke up in the morning, he swelled in the knee,” Gill said. “It was fine until yesterday’s practice session. There is nothing to worry about. It will definitely be fit for the next game.”
Kohli’s injury is a concern for the team, since the Champions Trophy will begin on February 19 in Pakistan with India playing all its games in Dubai as of February 20.
