Bollywood actor, Vicky Kaushal, recently delighted his fans by enjoying the iconic Bihar dish, Litti Chokha, during his visit to Patna. Known for its rich cultural heritage and delicious kitchen, Patna is a shelter for food lovers, and no visit is complete without trying this regional specialty. In his Instagram account, Vicky shared glimpses of his culinary adventure, publishing a photo and a video of himself enjoying Litti Chokha in a local street food post. His subtitle said: “Patna Aakar Litti Chokha Kaise Miss Kar Jaayein? #Chhaava exciting news!” (How can a Litti Chokha lady when she was in Patna? It was incredible). His publication quickly caught his attention, with fans by praising his enthusiasm for regional cuisine and anxiously anticipating his upcoming projects.

For the uninitiated, Litti Chokha is a traditional Bihar and neighboring regions, which includes roasted wheat flour balls stuffed with a spicy mixture of flour and gram spices, served together with vegetables such as brinjal, potatoes and tomatoes. Its smoked flavor and rustic preparation make it a delicacy of precious street food.
