President Donald Trump used his executive authority on Friday to restore the participation of the United States in two international anti-abortion PACT, including one that reduces family planning funds for the United States for foreign organizations if they provide or promote abortions.
Trump restored the policy of Mexico City, which opponents call the “global gag rule” because they say that silence that abortes.
