New Albany, Ohio – A second employee has dead after A shooting in an Ohio warehouse And four others remain hospitalized since the co -worker accused of the attack in the Court is expected, police said Thursday.
Police did not provide more details about the death or conditions of hospitalized workers after the shooting on Tuesday in New Albany, about 15 miles (24 kilometers) northeast of center of Columbus. A worker had been killed in the building.
Bruce Reginald Foster III, 28, will be prosecuted on Thursday, said New Albany Police Chief Greg Jones, during a press conference on Wednesday.
“He talked to researchers,” Jones said. “I would not call it completely cooperative.”
The online judicial records of Licking County did not list a defense lawyer on Thursday morning in the case of aggravated murder under the name of Foster. Two possible telephone numbers for Foster or a relative did not work on Wednesday.
The police who responded to a shooting report in the New Albany industrial park business on Tuesday night Foster was lost when he took the shared trip of the scene, Jones said. Police teams, helped by drones and a police dog, registered the facilities.
“It seems that there was contact between a victim and the shooter,” Jones said. “At this point, I don’t have a clear image of how involved that contact was.”
Foster was found in an apartment in Columbus and arrested Wednesday morning. The head of the United States Marshal, Dan Deville, said that a stunning gun was used to submit Foster, who had refused to surrender.
The shooting occurred in the warehouse of a company that manufactures products, including cosmetics and dressing tables. Some 150 employees inside the building were evacuated to the security of a nearby building.
“No one reported that there was any conflict or that I was in trouble,” Jones said.
