Gold Commonwealth Games The Tennis Tennis player of Manik Batra, Girish, died due to cardiac arrest. Manko’s father died here on Tuesday and his cremation was held the same day in Inderpuri. The prayer ceremony of the deceased soul will take place on Thursday.
Manika, 29, is the best female player in India. He won a gold medal each in the event of the women’s team and female singles at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. He also won a women’s doubles silver and mixed double bronze in the same CWG.
In the Asian Yakarta 2018 Games, he won a mixed doubles bronze medal.
