T.N. Govt. transfers nine police officers

The Tamil Nadu Government on Tuesday transferred Pa. Moorthy, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Tirunelveli Range, and posted him as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Ramanathapuram Range, in place of Abhinav Kumar, who has been transferred and posted as DIG, Madurai Range, in the existing vacancy.

Santosh Hadimani, Commissioner of Police, Tirunelveli City, has been given additional charge of the post of DIG, Tirunelveli Range.

V. Baskaran, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic (East), Greater Chennai Police, has been transferred and posted as DCP, Washermenpet, Greater Chennai Police, in place of R. Sakthivel, who has been transferred and posted as DCP, Intelligence Section – I, Greater Chennai Police, in the existing vacancy.

D.N. Hari Kiran Prasad, DCP, Mylapore, Greater Chennai Police, has been transferred and posted as DCP, Welfare and Estate, Greater Chennai Police, in place of Megalina Iden, who has been posted as DCP, Traffic (East), Greater Chennai Police.

A. Sujatha, DCP, Law and Order, North, Tiruppur City, has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Erode District, in place of G. Jawahar, who has been transferred and posted as SP, North Zone, CB CID, in the existing vacancy. V. Karthick, SP/ Commandant, Tamil Nadu Special Police, XIV Battalion, Palani, has been transferred and posted as DCP, Mylapore, Greater Chennai Police.
