Shruti Haasan turns 39 today! Beyond his immense talent as an actress and singer, Shruti is a good faith enthusiast with some unique preferences. While he does not eat much meat, he loves his vegetables and, in the days of trap, he cannot resist rice and potatoes. How do we know? She spilled the beans during a 2020 interview with Bollywood Hungama. In the interview, Shruti revealed his balanced but indulgent relationship with food. She admitted to omit breakfast often (which knows that it is not ideal), but when you eat in the morning, it is usually toast or gluten -free cereal. “I enjoy green juices, but I don’t have them as often as I should. Lunch for me is usually a salad or a sandwich, since I love sandwiches,” he shared.
Their dinners are usually light, but it has had a scarce morning and lunch, it does not shy away a heavier meal later. As for the snacks? Especially nuts. Being gluten intolerant, opt for gluten -free rotis. And when it comes to tricks, Shruti keeps him classic with rice and potato dishes. “I adore Sambar Sadam (Sambar Rice) combined with Pope Curry,” he revealed.
The Shruti version of seafood and vegetables
Shruti once loved seafood, but had to climb again after developing an allergy to seafood. “While I am not a vegetarian, I do not long for chicken or lamb regularly. That said, I enjoy lamb and caviar occasionally,” he said.
He is also a fan of potatoes, his favorite vegetable! He loves Indian -style vegetables and does not care raw. To cook, prefer coconut oil on the ghee.
Tea about coffee and love for ice cream
Unlike the majority, Shruti jumps coffee completely and adheres to tea. His favorites include English breakfast tea, teas with fruits and ice tea. And let’s not forget his sweetness: ice cream is one of his guilty pleasures.
