A New York man opened fire against his girlfriend before turning the weapon on Tuesday morning. The horrible incident occurred at Jefferson Avenue near KnickerboCker Avenue in Bushwick around 7:30 am
The 41 -year -old man signed up for his 32 -year -old girlfriend, who was shouting, before shooting her in the head out of his home. Then he shot twice before collapsing motionless on the sidewalk, New York post reported.
A witness, who had met the alleged shooter for decades, saw the woman running and shouting during the incident. He said the victim tried to escape, but he shot him. “She just fell. Then she shot himself. I still can’t believe it. He lives there,” the witness added.
He added that no one thought that the man, who had his share of problems, was capable of such an act.
About the woman, the witness acknowledged that they were together, but admitted not to know her well or how long they had been in a relationship.
Both the man and the woman were transferred from Woodhull Medical Center and Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, respectively. They succumbed to their wounds.
According to the reports, the gunman had nine past arrests. More recently, on January 22, he was arrested for allegedly sending sexual images of himself and another woman with whom he was dating the victim’s daughter.
He faced aggravated harassment charges, drug -related rape and public exhibition of sexual material.
The woman was also previously arrested for violating probation after complying with a sentence for criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Cooper was accused of hitting the gas “at a high speed of speed … hitting Mrs. Rayborn and hitting her through the wall” of a house, according to judicial documents.
