The incident developed on a train on the west coast of Avanti from London to Manchester when the woman, sitting in front of the dentist, supposedly asked him to move his feet in a condescending tone, followed by racist comments.

The dentist, born in the United Kingdom, replies saying: “Why would you say that? That is so disrespectful. I was born here. Did you be born here?” “It doesn’t look like,” the woman replied. Then he firmly says: “I never lack respect like this,” but instead of apologizing, she responds with a derogatory and aggressive comment, saying that “it serves you well.”

When asked about her own ethnicity, the woman refuses to answer, saying: “I don’t want to talk to you.”
