Notice requested for the motion of non -confidence against the head of the BJP Tax Appeals Panel

The councilors of the Congress in the Tax Committee of the Kochi Corporation have transferred a notice for a motion of non -confidence before the district collector against the president of the Committee, Priya Prashanth, a councilor of the Bharatiya Janata (BJP) party.

This is produced following the councilor of Congress, Rajani Mani, who resigned from the Education and Sports Committee, being chosen for the Fiscal Appeal Committee without opposition. Now, the Committee has five members of Congress and two members each of the CPI (M) and the BJP. The councilors of the Malini Kurup Congress, Sony Joseph and Mini Vivera notified the notice.

The councilor of the Antony Kurethara Congress said that the measure to take a councilor to the Fiscal Appeal Committee was to expel the BJP of the chair.
