How to do Maharashtrian Palakchi Bhaji | Palakchi Bhaji recipe
Making this delight Maharashtrian at home is simple. The recipe shared by the digital content creator @food.and.frolic makes it even easier. This is how you can prepare it:
1. Prepare the curry base
Take half a cup of dahi and mix with two tablespoons of kiss. Add water and stir to create a grout. Put it aside.
2. Prepare Palak
Heat a little oil in a Kadhai. Once heated, add mustard seeds, chopped garlic, cumin seeds and bisea. Save for a few seconds before adding turmeric and red chili powder. Add fresh Palak and stir well to combine. Cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes.
3. Combine ingredients
Once the Palak is cooked and reduced in size, add the Dahi mixture and kiss along with a little water. Add the salt and mix everything. Cook over low heat until the plate thickens.
4. Prepare the temperate and combine
For the tadka, hot the oil and add the chopped garlic, the red chiles of Kashmir and the red chili powder. You can also add Jeera for additional flavor. Once it explodes, pour the temper on the Sabji Palak in the pan. Mix well and serve hot!
