The president of the United States, Donald Trump, just wants the Palestinians to leave Gaza temporarily while rebuilding the territory, said Secretary of State Framework Rubio on Wednesday.
Trump surprised the world and drew his sentence when he proposed on Tuesday at a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the United States could take care of Gaza hit by war.
Trump’s idea “was not hostile. It was understood as, I think, a very generous movement: the offer to rebuild and be in charge of reconstruction,” Rubio told journalists on a visit to Guatemala.
Trump offered an will of the US to intervene, clean the debris, clean the place of all the destruction on the ground, clean it from all these unleashed ammunition, “Rubio said.
“And in the meantime, people who live there will not be able to live there as long as you have crews entering and eliminating debris,” he said.
