The founder of Madiga Reservation Tailor Samiti (MRPS), Manda Krishna, accused the Government of Congress in Telangana to manipulate the subclassification of programmed castes (SC) to favor the community of Mala at the expense of Madigas. He demanded that Madigas receive an 11% reserve in proportion to its population among SCS.
At a press conference on Wednesday, he claimed that the subclassification process was unfair and did not reflect the true population relationship or the delay of the SC subgroups. He affirmed that the commission’s report was influenced by those in power and ignored decades of struggle, despite the multiple commissions that recommended the subclassification.
When qualifying the reserve government proposal of 9% unfair, Krishna mandates urged officials to rectify failures in the commission report. He also criticized the Government of A. Revanth Reddy for reorganizing subcostas classifications and moving a group, which supposedly benefited more, from group 2 to group 1 while maintaining another sub -project with a population of 1.3 Lakh in group 3.
“The government has included two advanced castes in group 1 to benefit the community of Mala,” he said, hitting the Minister of Health C. Damodar Raja Narasimha, accusing him of being silent while the “injustice is imposed” on Mothers. He also demanded the elimination of Mr. Raja Narsimha of the state cabinet to accommodate two mothers in the next expansion of the cabinet. He has made it clear that he would not accept the proposal to assign only 9% reservations to matigas.
In addition, Krishna rules announced the temporary postponement of the ‘Lakhsala Dappulu – Vela Gonthulu’ program.
