Little has just released a new F5 5g series phone phone. It is a follow -up of the F4 5G (revision) last year and promises great improvements in terms of performance and battery life. The little F5 5G is very similar to Redmi Note 12 Turbo, which was recently launched in China. The main feature of the new F5 5G is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 Soc. Prices are slightly higher compared to last year’s model, with the 8 GB variant of the F5 5G that costs RS. 29,999, while the 12 GB variant has a price of RS. 33,999. Both variants have 256 GB of storage. Here are our first impressions.
The little F5 5G does not feel very heavy and is pleasant to sustain, despite its acute and angular design, thanks to the rounded edges. The plastic frame feels resistant, but the bright rear panel really does not give a premium atmosphere, at least in this black color. It is also made of plastic and this shows instantly at the time he holds it. Fortunately, the rear camera blow is minimal, so F5 5G feels quite elegant in general.
The posterior profile of little F5 5g is not very flattering, at least in this black finish
It obtains the standard selection of physical ports in the little F5 5G, including a headphones takeover at the top. The little F5 5G has an IP53 classification for basic humidity resistance, and there are stereo speakers with the improvement of Dolby Atmos.
The little F5 5G has a screen similar to the F4 5G, with an adaptive update rate of 120 Hz, a Full-HD+ resolution and support for the Dolby Vision HDR reproduction. It is the same size also measures 6.67 inches diagonally. Fortunately, the bezels are uniformly thin and the maximum brightness is now a little higher than 1,000 nits. You even get Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for scratch protection.
The new Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 should be really interesting, since it is said that it uses a similar architecture such as the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 soc, and promises a better performance compared to the oldest SOCs such as the Snapdragon 870 seen in the Little F4 5g. This soc one happens to Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, which we have not seen on many phones for some reason.
You get all the necessary accessories in the box
The little F5 5G has a 5,000 mAh battery, which is a good F4 update, and admits the same fast load of 67W. The charger is grouped and you even get a transparent case in the box. The phone runs Miui 14 according to Android 13, and has promised two years of Android updates and three years of security updates. Until now, my unit has already been flooded with notifications of some of the applications of shares, such as Getapps, and this is even before opening a single pre -installed application.
Finally, we arrive at the cameras. The little F5 5G presents a configuration similar to the last year’s model with a 64 megapixel primary chamber with optical stabilization (OIS), a wide 8 megapixel wide and a 2 megapixel macro. For selfies, you get a 16 megapixel front camera. We hope that the quality of the camera has improved with respect to last year’s model, which fought in situations with little light.
The little f5 5g has evenly narrow bezels around the screen
The little F5 5G seems to be a decent update about its predecessor in regard to the SOC and the ability of the battery. I think the design could have been better since the F4 5G seemed much more premium in my opinion. We will have our final verdict for you in the full review.
