A complaint was filed against the president of Congress, Mallikarjun Kharge, at the Court of Muzapharpur de Bihar on Tuesday (January 28, 2025) he accused him of hurting the feelings of the Hindus through his statement.
The lawyer Sudhir Kumar Ojha of the Civil Court of Muzaphapur has presented a case at the Chief Judicial Judicial Court. The audience will take place on February 3.
Mr. Ojha claimed that Mr. Kharge had played with the feelings of Sanatani Hindus for political gain. During a demonstration in Mau, Madhya Pradesh, the head of the Congress had said that immersing himself in the bargain did not eliminate poverty or provided food to hungry stomachs. In the complaint, Mr. Ojha had tried to present a FIR against Mr. Kharge.

“Lord. Kharge’s statement has harmed the religious feelings of Hindou’s crore and Sanatani. I have filed the complaint in court against him under sections 352, 302 and 298 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the court admitted it, ”said Mr. Ojha.
Section 352 of the BNS tries to intentionally insult someone in a way that causes a violation of peace. The punishment for this crime is up to two years in prison, a fine or both.
While section 302 deals with the deliberate act of hurting someone’s religious feelings. It establishes that anyone who intentionally offends someone’s religious feelings speaking, making sounds, gestures or placing objects can be punished. And section 298 deals with the punishment for contaminating or damaging a place of worship or sacred object with the intention of insulting a religion.
Mr. Kharge on Monday (January 27, 2025) said that BJP leaders were competing with each other to take a dip in the Sangam through the cameras, and asked if his act would help eradicate poverty in the country.
However, the head of Congress categorically said that he did not want to damage anyone’s faith and if someone was injured, he apologized for that. He had also said that BJP leaders were spending a lot of money and immersing themselves in the gangs until they get good coverage in television channels.
