New Delhi:

The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) successfully launched its GSLV-F15 with the NVS-02 at 6:23 AM in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh, which marked the Mission of the 100 Rocket of Isro. The mission is also the first for the president of the Space Agency, V Narayanan, who took office recently. It is the opening company of Isro this year.

The satellite was “precisely injected into the required orbit (GTO). This mission is the number 100 launch, which is a very significant milestone,” said Narayanan in his direction after the successful launch.

“In this mission, the data has arrived; all vehicle systems are normal,” he added.

The first great rocket to take off from Sriharikota was the satellite launching vehicle (SLV) on August 10, 1979, and now almost 46 years later, the space department has reached a century. Until now, all the great rocket releases in Sriharikota have been from the Indian government.

Earlier on Tuesday, S. Unnikrishnan Nair, director of the Main Rocket Laboratory of India, the Vikram Sarabhai Space Center, in Thiruvananthapuram, said “is as robust as the previous one. Like any other release. We make each launch robust Better.

This rocket once was called as the ‘mischievous child’ of Isro, since it gave the Indian space agency the worst moment of its rocket collection. From the 16 launches so far there have been 6 failures for this rocket, which is a huge 37%fault rate. In comparison, the last Bahuballi rocket in India, the Mark -3 launch vehicle has a successful rate of one hundred percent.

It is also a rocket of the same family where India showed its innate ability to dominate the manufacture of cryogenic engines, a technology that the country took two decades to dominate after its technology transfer was denied to India, by Russia, under the pressure of the United States. .

Isro says GSLV-F15 is flight 17 of the Geosíncrono Satellite launch vehicle of India (GSLV) and the 11th flight with indigenous cryogenic stage. It is the eighth operating flight of GSLV with an indigenous cryogenic stage and number 100 launch from the Space Port of India Sriharikota. The GSLV-F15 payload fairing is a metal version with a diameter of 3.4 meters.

The GSLV-F15 with an indigenous cryogenic stage will place NVS-02 satellite in a geosynchronous transfer orbit and the launch will take place from the second launch platform (SLP) in the satisfied space center.

Navigation with the Indian constellation (NAVIC) is the Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System designed to provide a precise position, speed and time service (PVT) to the users of India, as well as to the region that extends some 1500 km beyond the Indian terrestrial mass.

NAVIC will provide two types of services, namely the standard positioning service (SPS) and the restricted service (RS). The Navic SPS provides a position accuracy of more than 20 meters and precision of time better than 40 nano seconds on the service area.

Navic has given India his own part of the challenges, since he was born from the very bad experience that the country had after the 1999 skirm of global positioning (GPS) of high quality and. The then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee promised to make a Swadeshi version of the GPS for the strategic community of India.

Now, in this hundredth launch, Isro hopes that the first challenges raised by navigation satellites and the rocket are a thing of the past and hopes to reach the hundredth brand with style.
