Israel alleges prejudices in UNHRC
Sa’ar accused the UNHRC of bias against Israel, claiming that the Council protects human rights abusers while unfairly attacking Israel. This body has focused on attacking a democratic country and spreading anti -Semitism, instead of promoting human rights, “he said.
He also said that Israel is disproportionately convicted in the ANCRC, pointing out more than 100 resolutions against Israel, which represent more than 20 percent of all resolutions approved by the Council.
Trump announces the withdrawal of the United States
Trump declared the United States withdrawal from the United Nations Aid and Works Agency (UNRWA), claiming alleged links between UNRWA and Hamas.
“The United States withdrew from the UN Anti -Semitic Council of Human Rights and ended support for the agency of relief and works of the UN, which channeled Money to Hamas,” Trump said during a joint press conference with the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Washington, DC.
Trump also promised to restore maximum pressure on Iran, again imposing strict sanctions to cut Iranian oil exports and reduce Tehran’s financial support for militant groups.
