Fear not, microwave-cooked food is not radioactive. The WHO declares it safe to consume, and the microwave energy ceases as soon as the oven turns off. Standing near a microwave poses minimal radiation exposure due to its leak-proof design.

Microwaves offer undeniable convenience, yet they may not match the culinary prowess of traditional methods. Indian cuisine, with its intricate flavor profiles, tends to fare better with slower cooking techniques.
