The Superior Court of Madrash has dismissed an Indian Netflix request to reject the demand for Dhanush author against Nayanthara for using a 3 -second film clip (produced by Dhanush) in his documentary without the Raanjhanaa Actor’s permission.
Dhanush had approached the Superior Court of Madras against Nayanthara, her husband Vignesh Shivan and her producer Rowdy Pictures Private Limited in November last year.

Wunderber Films Private from Dhanush had also drawn a petition by urging the Superior Court to grant Tamil Nadu, the company based in Mumbai, the Production Services cats, India LLP, an entity through which Netflix informs its investments of Content in India.
Dhanush’s movement occurred after his threat of legal action if the content (in the Nayanthara documentary) was not eliminated in 24 hours.
Dhanush’s legal representative statement said: “Asec Within 24 hours, it fails that my client will be my client that will be my client who will be my client.
Nayanthara had shared an open letter on Instagram, hitting Dhanush for touching “a minimum of all time” with his demand for compensation of RS 10 million rupees of Jawan’s actress for the use of images that last for a few seconds.

Nayanthara also shared a publication thanking Shah Rukh Khan, Chieranjevi, Ram Charan and other producers who allowed him to use images of his films for his documentary and gave his clear “without hesitation and delay.”
