Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar said on Sunday (February 2, 2025) that the country cannot allow the entry of illegal migrants and allow electoral policy to be disturbed by demographic dislocation. He appealed to young people to neutralize antinational narratives.
Mr. Dhankhar, also the president of Rajya Sabha, expressed concerns about frequent interruptions in Parliament.
Speaking at the World Forum Conference (WOFA) in the national capital, he said that young people should worry about existential challenges.
“Our nation cannot afford to have millions of illegal migrants … We cannot allow our electoral policy to be disturbed by demographic dislocations and earthquakes. These are things that will care because these are the challenges for which he will have to respond collectively finally, ”he said.
Without elaborating more, Mr. Dhankhar said: “I have no doubts … it is said that for the informed people, a gesture is sufficient).”
In expressing their concern that some people and entities are upset by the country’s development trip, the vice president also said that there is a tendency to generate sensation and narratives.
“In narratives, the nation, nationalism and national interest they forget,” he said.
Appealing to young people, he said that the power to “neutralize anti -non -to -standing narratives and defeat the forces Enemenas to India,” he is in his hands.
The vice president emphasized that it is necessary to absorb the spirit of economic nationalism, since this would benefit the economy.
