Before playing the first game of the tournament, Pakistan will appear in the Tri-series series against South Africa and New Zealand to strengthen their preparations for the defense of the title.
The Tri-Series will begin with New Zealand facing Pakistan at the Gadaffi stadium on February 8. The Kiwis will face South Africa on February 10 in a one -day match.
After the conclusion of the first two games, Odi’s action will change from Rawalpindi to Karachi, with Pakistan facing South Africa on February 12 in a day/night match. The final will be held on February 14 in the same place, five days before the tournament starter.
