1. Kseab forms Taluk level level committees of three members to review the internal marks of SSLC
The Karnataka School Evaluation and Evaluation Board (KSEAB) has taken measures to constitute three -members committees at Taluk level to review internal evaluation marks granted to students in class 10 in all secondary schools under the system of Continuous and integral evaluation (CCE). The Committee will include a main teacher of a high school and two teachers of scientists and arts/languages subjects in each Taluk.
Internal evaluation brands are based on the total score obtained in four training evaluations (FA) and eight activities of the academic year. However, the Board has received many complaints about the negligence of teachers in the qualification of internal evaluation. Although maximum marks are granted to students in the internal evaluation at the school level, the Board noticed that the students get much lower in the written exam carried out by the KSEAB.

Two workers were carbonized to death, while another had a narrow escape after an accidental fire broke out in a residential building sub-construction of several floors in Segehalli in Magadi Road in Bengaluru on February 6, 2025.
The trio was carpentry for the interiors of the house, when a gas cylinder leak led to the fire, police said. The Magadi Road police visited the place and is carrying out an investigation to determine the exact cause of the fire.
4. Ballari administration to organize Fest Tribal in March for the first week
A tribal festival at the state level will take place in Ballari during the first week of March to show the rich cultural tradition of tribal communities in Karnataka.
With more than 600 cultural activists from tribal communities throughout the state that is expected to participate in the event, officials have been addressed to make arrangements for accommodation, food and trips.
