The night also had a bigger purpose, raising millions to support forest fire aid efforts and help music professionals affected by Los Angeles forest fires. Here is a look at the most prominent aspects of the night.

Beyonce – Queen Bey takes another crown

Beyonce made history once again in 2025 Grammys by winning the album of the year for his album Cowboy. He was competing against notable nominees such as Andre 3000 (New Blue Sun), Sabrina Carpenter (Short N ‘Sweet) and Taylor Swift (the department of tortured poets), Beyonce’s victory marked an achievement crowned in his already illustrious career.

Charli XCX does not bring the party, she is the party

Charli XCX brought the energy to the Grammy stage with an unforgettable performance of his successes Von Dutch and Guess. British pop sensation also went with several awards, including the best dance/electronic album and the best pop dance recording.

Kendrick Lamar Double Grammy Glor

In Memoriam: honor the legends we lost

The Grammys took a moving moment to honor the artists we lost during the past year in the in Memoriam segment. Chris Martin de Coldplay performed his song All My Love as part of the tribute. The segment opened with a tribute to Liam Payne, who died tragically after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina last October.

Other honest notable figures included Kris Kristafferson, Cissy Houston, Sam Moore, Fatman Scoop and more, respecting the legends that shaped the world of music.

“Trans people are not invisible”: Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars took the Grammy home for the best performance of the Pop/Group for their song Die With a Smile. During his acceptance speech, Lady Gaga made a statement about the trans community, saying: “Trans people are not invisible.”

He reminded the world the importance of inclusion and representation in the music industry. In addition, Gaga surprised his fans by obtaining a preview of his next single Abracadabra during a commercial break.

Sabrina Carpenter: an exhibition flop (on the way)

Sabrina Carpenter had a moment of Oops when she missed her focus of attention, dropped her cane and fell through a trap at half performance. But don’t worry, everything was part of the act. What followed was a hilarious, energetic and totally fabulous dance routine of Tap, turning what could have been a disaster into pure entertainment.

After years of boycotting the Grammys, The Weeknd made an amazing return to the stage. Nobody expected it, and yet, there was, hitsing his new album Cry for Me and Timeless. It was a performance full of arrogance and heart, and definitely one of the great surprises of the night.

Chappell Roan and his giant pink pony

Chappell Roan brought a performance that stops the Grammys stage with his song Pink Pony Club, a celebration of Queer Discovery and his love letter to Los Angeles. Dressed in a bright sequin cowboy hat, Roan mounted a giant pink carousel while acting with dancers dressed like Rodeo clayers.

Kanye West – The red carpet rebel

Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori made an entry that made everyone talk. Bianca’s pure outfit, just there, left the imagination little while the couple posed for photos before leaving the ceremony.

UPS, without Grammy for Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish

Despite ensuring multiple nominations, both Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish left the Grammy empty -handed. Taylor, who had six nominations, failed to gain recognition of his album, the department of tortured poets.

Similarly, Billie Eilish, a favorite in several categories, lost the seven nominations.

Grammys with a purpose

The 2025 Grammy were not just about celebrating music, they were about helping. The night raised $ 7 million for the relief of forest fires and support for music professionals affected by Los Angeles fires.
