A former teacher named Brittany Fortinberry (31) who has been accused of engaging in “group sex” with teenaged boys, is now facing more charges as more victims have come forward alleging sexual abuse against her.
The new allegations came after Fortinberry, a 31-year-old former teacher at Eminence High School in Martinsville, Indiana, was charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy and sending explicit messages, pictures and videos to other kids in the institute. Victims have claimed the teacher raped at least 10 underage boys.
She was immediately suspended’ from the institute in August last year when the allegations were first reported, Dailymail reported.
One of the alleged victims said he and his friends were forced to wear Ghostface masks from the “Scream” movie when they were forced to have sex with their educator.
The educator used to make the teen boys watch her having sex with others who used to refuse to engage in sexual activity her, WRTV reported.
‘Brittany would peer pressure them if they didn’t want to take the shrooms,’ the affidavit read. ‘Brittany would grab their arm she would say, “just let it happen”.’
The victim also claimed that there was once occasion where Fortinberry picked him and two friends up and took them to the mall, before calling their parents to ask if they could spend the night.
Additionally, some of the victims — as young as 13 — were given drugs by Fortinberry, who is also accused of paying them up to $800 for their naked photos, the report said.
“The minor added that Fortinberry allegedly drugged him with ‘shrooms, weed, and that she would make him drink a bottle’ when they were together,” authorities said, according to WXIN.
“The victim said it tasted like alcohol and that he had difficulty remembering anything after consuming it,” it added.
The first victim came forward “because he said he doesn’t want Fortinberry to molest more kids,” the report added.
Following her arrest, police said that Fortinberry told them that she regretted losing 150lbs and would have acted differently if she was still heavier.
