Washington:
Technological billionaire Elon Musk, who has been used by President Donald Trump to lead federal cost reduction efforts, said the United States went to “bankrupt” without cuts.
Musk, who directs efforts under the newly created government efficiency department (Doge), spoke in the White House with Trump, who in recent weeks has unleashed a wave of orders aimed at cutting federal expenditure.
