Questioning the use of a military plane to deport undocumented Indians from the United States, Congress has announced that all its state units will organize protests on Friday (February 7, 2025).
“We firmly oppose both the inhuman treatment of our citizens and the weak government of the Government on this issue,” said the secretary general of Congress, KC Venufopal, in a position, adding that all the committees of the Pradesh Congress would have protests in the state capitals and the headquarters of the district.
On Thursday, the head of the Indian Youth Congress, Uday Bhanu Chib, directed a protest in the national capital against the “inhuman treatment of Indian deportees.”
“This is an insult to India and Indians on the world stage,” Chib said.
