Study findings

Despite gaining more strength and mass, Hugo told Business Insider that he worked “worse and felt more fatigued during intense exercise.”
“I never felt good. I was eating at least six times a day and I never felt full or satisfied, therefore, I was constantly hungry. But equally, I didn’t have the accidents that I would probably associate with a diet of greater carbohydrates,” Hugo said .
Meanwhile, Ross in his high diet in carbohydrates lost a little more fat, but worked better in cardiovascular tests. Therefore, you can eat more carbohydrates for the same number of calories than a smaller portion of fat -rich foods.
