Common quinoa errors and how to avoid them

1. Jump the rinse

Do not rinse quinoa leaves its protective lining of intact saponine, which leads to a bitter taste. Rinse well before cooking to avoid this.

2. Do not season enough

The soft taste of quinoa needs an impulse. Improve its flavor with fresh herbs, nuts, sauces or coconut milk.

3. Excessive kitchen

The cooked quinoa becomes soft. Remove it from the fire slightly early and let the residual fire finish cooking.
