Ignou-SBI coliciation 2025: La Indira Gandhi National Open University (Ignou), in collaboration with SBI Life Insurance Co., has announced a scheduled campus placement unit to begin on February 11, 2025. The event will take place in The Convention Center at the Convention Center on the Ignou Campus, located in Maidan Garhi, New Delhi.

IGNOU-SBI PLACEMENT 2025: Positions
This unit aims to recruit eligible candidates for two permanent roles: Business Development Manager and Unit Manager.

IGNOU-SBI PLACEMENT 2025: salary
These roles offer a fixed annual CTC of RS 2.85 Lakh.

IGNOU-SBI PLACEMENT 2025: Selection process
The selection process for these roles will include two stages: a group discussion and a personal interview conducted by a panel of experts. Candidates arrive on time, since the placement process is expected to continue late at night. Only applicants who report before 11 am can participate. A talk prior to the placement at the beginning of the event will be held, providing an overview of the company’s profile, the work requirements and salary packages. To cause a strong impression, candidates must formally dress and prepare for an intensive selection process.

IGNOU-SBI PLACEMENT: age criteria
The placement campaign is open to graduates between 21 and 30, with first -year students and experienced candidates eligible to run.

IGNOU-SBI PLACEMENT: EXPERIENCE
Although sales work experience is not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in this domain will receive preference.

IGNOU-SBI PLACEMENT: LOCATION OF WORK
The selected candidates will be published in several branches of SBI Life in the Delhi/NCR region.

IGNOU-SBI PLACEMENT: Documents are required
The candidates attending the placement unit must carry essential documents, including two copies of their updated curriculum/CV, two color photographs of the size of a passport and its IGNOU identification card. Academic documents such as SSC, HSC, graduation and brand sheets after graduation, together with degree/provisional certificates are mandatory. In addition, experienced professionals must bring their appointment cards and salary jumps from the last three months. A proof of identity issued by the Government, such as a PAN card and a AADHAAR card, is also required.

The roles of the Business Development Manager and the Units Manager have responsibilities that include becoming familiar with all the products and services offered by the organization, acquiring new customers through direct contact and promoting collaboration between Life Mitras and Bankers (CFIS). Key skills such as sales planning, customer relationship management and effective communication are essential for success in these roles.
