Main Secretary (Political) MK Meena reviewing the preparations that are made so that the secretaries meeting is held on February 11 in the Secretariat on Saturday.
Andhra Pradesh Main Secretary (political) Mikesh Kumar Meena has ordered officials to guarantee infallible arrangements for the meeting of the secretaries scheduled to organize on February 11.
On Saturday, Mr. Meena inspected the preparations for the meeting to attend Prime Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and all the ministers.
Mr. Meena emphasized the need to adhere to the protocol in seat arrangements. He wanted the ministers to sit with their respective secretaries of the department for efficient coordination.
As the secretaries would present the progress reports and future plans through PowerPoint presentations, Mr. Meena instructed officials that all screens, microphones and audiovisual equipment were tested to ensure that they would work properly. The uninterrupted power supply must be guaranteed, he added.
Mr. Meena ordered officials to present welcome banners and floral decorations in the conference room. He also provided specific instructions on catering arrangements, ensuring that meals, coffee, tea and snacks efficiently serve all dignitaries who attended the meeting.
