Preliminary UPSC Civil Services 2025: The Public Service Commission of the Union (UPSC) has extended the application deadline for the preliminary examination of civil services (CS (P) -2025) and the preliminary examination of the Forest Service of India (IFOS (P) -2025). Candidates can now submit their requests until February 18 at 6 pm, through the Official website. The application correction window will open on February 19 and will close on February 25. Previously, the last date to apply was on February 11.
The official notice establishes: “The last presentation date for Cs (P) -2025 and Ifos (P) -2025 has extended until 18.02.2025 (06:00 pm). In addition, the 7 -day correction window now now It will be available until the expiration of 7 days from the next day after the closure of the application window, that is, from 19.02.2025 to 25.02.2025 “.
UPSC 2025 civil services prelimises: steps to apply
Candidates can follow these steps to complete their application:
- Go to the official UPSC website, UPSCONLINE.gov.in.
- Select the prelims 2025 civil services link.
- Create a unique registration profile (OTR) if it is not yet done.
- Log in with the OTR credentials and complete the application form.
- Pay the application rate, if applicable, and send the form.
- Download and print the confirmation page for future reference.
