Judge K. Lakshman, from the Superior Court of Telangana, ordered the Punjutta Police of Hyderab to not arrest the former police officer P. Radha Kishan Rao until February 12 in a criminal case registered against him.

Radha Kishan Rao was the second accused in the sensational case of telephone tapping registered by the Punjagutta police. Recently the bond for the Superior Court was granted. While he was in prison after the arrest in that case, a person G. Chakradhar Goud filed a complaint with the Punjagutta police claiming that Radha Kishan Rao (while working as a police force commissioner during the BRS government) It arrested illegally at the level of former Minister T. Harish Rao.

According to this complaint, a first information report was filed in different sections of the Indian Criminal Code. The charges included criminal intimidation, conspiracy and extortion. The name of Mr. Harish Rao appeared as the first defendant in the FIR. He moved the Superior Court and assured the order not to be arrested until February 12.

The lawyer Uma Maheshwar Rao, presenting arguments before the court, said Radha Kishan Rao was being falsely involved in the case. The content of the complaint was similar to that of the telephone tapping box. He argued that two separate cases cannot be registered on the basis of the same position. The judge issued a notice to the plaintiff Chakdradhar Goud who ordered him to respond to the same before February 12.
