For example, actor Rahul Khanna recently published about a delicious salad he enjoyed for Brunch. He listed most of the ingredients when he shared a photo in his Instagram stories.
Rahul’s salad was well balanced: he had different vegetables, three types of proteins and a tasty dressing. The green base was formed by arugula leaves, which mixed with cucumber, avocado, dry shrimp and tuna. To improve their aroma, these ingredients combined with extra virgin olive oil, apple vinegar and soy sauce. Sesame seeds were added for additional crunch and flavor. The salad was covered with soft boiled eggs, lending the most protein dish and an additional touch of color.

That is not all that Rahul Khanna had for Brunch. He combined his salad with a personalized “giant coffee” with thick cream, collagen and stevia.
