The International Crickt Council (ICC) revealed a list of 15 party officials for the CPI men champions in Pakistan and United Arab Emirates, as of February 19. The tournament will take place in four iconic places: Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi in Pakistan, and Dubai in the EAU from February 19 to March 9. A distinguished panel of 12 referees will officiate the 8 teams, according to the CPI. This includes six officials returning from the 2017 edition, including Richard Kettleborough, who was in the final of the previous Champions Trophy in the United Kingdom. Kettleborough, a 108 Odi veteran for men, will join other Chris Gaffaney referees, Kumar Dhalese, Richard Illingworth, Paul Reiffel and Rod Tucker, who also officiated in the 2017 tournament.

Dharmasena will extend his period of officiating 132 Odi in the next tournament, a record for an arbiter of Sri Lanka in the one day format.

Kettleborough and Illingworth, who joined during the Crickt 2023 Cricket Cricket World Cricket final in Ahmedabad, joined Michael Gough, Adrian Holdstock, Ahsan Race, Sharfuddau Ibne Shahid, Alex Wharf and Joel Wilson, all Officers in the World Cup in India.

The party’s referee panel will be led by David Boon, Ranjan Madugalle and Andrew Pycroft, all the estimated members of the ELITE MATRES PANEL EMIRATES ICC referees. Boon officiated the final of the Champions Trophy 2017, while Madugalle returns after officiating the 2013 final, and Pycroft also appeared in the 2017 tournament.
