Saachi Pai offers simple advice to achieve weight loss, focusing on a calorie deficit.
Losing weight is often considered a discouraging task, especially for those with a slower metabolism. The weight loss trips of many people are full of obstacles, and it is a reality shared by many people, not just celebrities or models. People often continue to share videos on social networks that show how they could lose weight following the simple routine, a slight change in the diet or exercise. These videos often become a great success on the Internet and inspire several others.
Once you begin to lose weight, your appearance changes, especially around the chin area, cheeks and jaw. Saachi Pai, a Fitness coach from Toronto, experienced such transformation, losing 90 pounds (40.8 kg) in 15 months that led to a more defined jaw line and less cheek fat. Saachi shared a video on his Instagram page where he revealed how much his face changed after weight loss.

She advised viewers to lose weight, they only need 3 things:
1. Coim deficit meals with greater protein
2. Training, especially a mixture of strength, cardio and balance.
3. Mentality to achieve it slowly
Then he shared important information: he starts with not gaining weight first. The suggestions also included:
- Clean your junk food house.
- Limit to eat no more than twice a week.
- Stop cold/pop/and sugary alcohol or sugary coffee.
- Focusing on just one meal per day. As an example, Saachi suggested to change breakfast to: Greek yogurt + protein shake + fruits or egg toast + avocado. She said this should be the only meal and urged her followers to stop focusing on lunch and dinner.
The Fitness enthusiast asked his followers to follow the regime for a month for surprising changes.
