1. Heat a little mustard oil in a kadhai (wok) and fry the dried red chiles until they are crispy, then put them on one side.
2. In the same oil, fry the garlic and the onions separately until golden and fragrants become, then put them aside.
3. In a bowl, crush the dried red fried chiles along with a little salt and mix well.
4. Mashing roast garlic and onion to create a smooth base.
5. Add the boiled potatoes and mix them together with the garlic raeño paste.
6. Mash softly boiled eggs in the mixture.
7. Add finely chopped green chiles, onions and coriander leaves for a fresh touch. Pour the remaining frying oil and mix well.
