Kolkata:
A Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College student and Hospital was found dead in the ESI hospital rooms in Kamarhati in the North 24 Parganas district in Western Bengal.
The student’s mother, a doctor, panicked after calls to her daughter were unanswered. Ivy Prasad was found dead in her room by her mother.
Police have registered a case of unnatural death and has launched an investigation into the matter.
An autopsy has been performed and the report is expected.
The father of the dead student works in a bank and lives in Mumbai.
On August 9 of last year, the body of a postgraduate training doctor was found in the RG Kar Hospital Seminar room.
