The head of the AAM AADMI (AAP) party, Arvind Kejriwal, today alleges the Interior Minister and BJP leader, Amit Shah, is allowing “Gundaraaj (Hooliganism) “To harass AAP workers before voting in the Delhi Assembly elections scheduled on Wednesday.
Kejriwal told journalists that people allegedly backed by the BJP assaulted the AAP workers, and Delhi’s police did nothing to stop him.
A video that shows the members of Valmiki Samaj and the Dalit Mahapachayat that protested against Mr. Kejriwal, who was Delhi’s prime minister before Atishi took over. In the video, the protesters are being vandalized a tempo of the AAP campaign.
Protesters are seen destroying posters of the Broomstick Symbol of yellow and blue broom of the AAP, which were glued in the truck.
The AAP claimed that Delhi’s police did not act against the attackers.
However, New Delhi police commissioner, in a position on X, said they have not received any complaint about the alleged attack.
“Thank you for bringing this to our notice,” said the DCP New Delhi in the publication, responding to the publication of Mr. Kejriwal who had a video of vandalism. “No PCR [police control room] Call or complaint received at the Police Station. The Delhi (DEO) district officer also said that the electoral body has not received any complaints about the matter.

Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva, and Deputy Manoj Tiwari said the AAP government thrives in “lies, confusion and negative politics.”

Kejriwal also published a video that showed a BJP leader asking residents in a narrow street in Janakpuri in Delhi who eliminates AAP’s flags and keep only those of BJP. Ashish Sood, BJP’s local candidate, was seen stepping on the AAP flags that had fallen on the road.
The rivalry of AAP and BJP is not new. When Mr. Kejriwal was the prime minister, the AAP and the BJP fought bitterly. Kejriwal has long alleged that the center has been creating problems in Delhi, a territory of the Union, using the Delhi Police that is under the Ministry of Interior and the Office of Lieutenant Governor.
The Congress, which was in power for 15 consecutive years in Delhi, has suffered setbacks in the last two elections of the Assembly and has failed to win any seat.
In contrast, the AAP dominated the 2020 Assembly elections by winning 62 of the 70 seats, while the BJP only obtained eight seats.
The votes will be counted on February 8.
