It was a memorable and unexpected debut of T20i for Harshit Rana on Friday. The 23 -year -old pacemakers was not part of India playing XI during the fourth game against England in Pune, but an injury in Shivam Dube saw it included. Dube suffered a blow to his helmet through a installment of Jamie Overton in the penultimate ball of the entrances of India. It was then replaced by Harshit as a substitute for brain shock after the rupture of the entrances. The change in the squad worked in favor of India, since Harshit returned figures of 3 by 33 in its quota of four overs. He picked up the Liam Livingstone Wickts, Jacob Bethell and Jamie Overton.
While Harshit’s celebrations about his Wickts did not know limits, similar was the case of the chief coach of India Gautam Gambler, who does not shy away to support the pacemaker. In particular, Gambhir is very aware of Harshit’s caliber, since he was advised during his period in Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2024.

Hardik Pandya and Shivam Dube, a left batter, put 87 for the sixth wickt to lift India from a precarious 79 for 5 to 181 by 9 after being invited to hit first in the fourth game in Pune.
Rana and the Ravi Bishnoi leg spinner then took three wickts each when India withdraw for England so that 166 won for 15 races for an unbeatable advantage of 3-1 in the series of five games.
“It is still a dream debut for me,” Rana said. “When Dube returned, after two overs they informed me that I will be the substitute for brain shock.
India extended its undefeated record of the T20i series to 17 at home since 2019.
