Actor Amrita Arora and her husband Shakeel Ladak are ready to embark on a new professional trip with the opening of her restaurant, Jolene by The Sea, in Goa. The launch of Amrita’s restaurant occurs shortly after her sister Malaika Arora ventures in the world of hospitality with ‘Scarlett House’, a restaurant located in an old vintage bungalow in Bandra, Mumbai. Announcing Jolene’s opening in Anjuna, Goa, Amrita shared a publication in her Instagram handle with a photo of the couple inside her new “Serene Haven”.
When talking about the restaurant, Amrita shared that it combines the best of Marbella Beach clubs with Saint Tropez Chic Vibes. In the legend, he added: “Jolene is where Goa’s free spirit meets European elegance. Bold, intentional and comforting for the soul, we present this new sanctuary.”
With a menu cured by chef Subir Saran, Jolene is directed in collaboration with the restorative veterans Gaurav Batra and Ankit Tayal. Talking about space, said Amrit Vogue India In an interview, “we wanted to bring outdoors inside.” The serene interior has high roofs, interior palm trees and rustic sand and sofas color curtains.

Some innovative dishes in the menu include the TB & C, a mixture of tomatoes, burrata and cornflies; Prohibited but yours, a turn on the fried rice made with black rice; and fermented rice burritos, which combine uttapams with Mexican flavors. Amrito’s favorite is the spicy missal ramen.
Several celebrities such as Malaika Arora, Zoya Akhtar, Tara Sutaria and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni have congratulated Amrita for their new trip with Jolene.
