How to make a Kerala Vada -style onion
To make Kerala -style onion roads, cut two onions. Place the onions in a bowl. Add two teaspoons of oil and mix well.
Then, add two teaspoons of gram flour, a tablespoon of refined flour and a teaspoon of rice flour. At this stage, add finely chopped green chiles, curry leaves, 1 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger, red chili powder and salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
Now, heat the oil in a pan. Make small round doughs prepared with the hands or a spoon, and fry them in the oil over medium heat until golden and crispy brown.
Remove all vadas from the oil and place them in a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve them hot with tea or chutney.
