Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s legal dispute is scheduled for a judicial hearing on March 9, 2026 in New York, Variety reported.
The actress presented costumes against her, ends with the co -star of the United States and director Justin Baldoni for inappropriate sexual behavior in the sets of the film. She also claimed that the director of “orchestrating” a spots campaign to calm her reputation to safeguard itself.
Judge, Lewis J. Liman, said Monday that he would hold an initial hearing on February 3. According to the report, the procedure will address the case of Blake Lively with the Baldoni’s contrademanda, in which he sought 400 million dollars as compensation.
Justin Baldoni filed a lawsuit against Blake Lively and the New York Times for informing the actress’s claims. The lawsuit includes 10 plaintiffs demanding the times for the false invasion of privacy on the December 21 article entitled “‘We can bury anyone’: within a Hollywood spots machine.”
Meanwhile, Blake Lively filed a new lawsuit in a federal court, New York, after fileing a complaint of 80 pages in the complaint of the California Civil Rights Department. In the new demand, Blake Lively demanded monetary compensation for mental pain, anguish, severe emotional anguish and Justin Baldoni’s lost salaries.
Blake Lively’s lawyers reacted to Mr. Baldoni’s claim in a statement to the post.
An excerpt said, “nothing in this demand changes anything about the advanced claims in the complaint of the California Civil Rights Department of Mrs. Lively, or its federal complaint, filed today. This lawsuit is based on the obviously false premise that The administrative complaint of Mrs. Livel Wayfarer and others were a trick based on a choice “not to file a lawsuit against Baldoni, Wayfarer”, and that “litigation was never its final objective.”
Blake Lively received support from several Hollywood wigs in his battle against Justin Baldoni. After the complaint, his agency left Mr. Baldoni.
